“With an eye made quiet by the power of harmony, and the deep power of joy, we see into the life of things.” -William Wordsworth“With an eye made quiet by the power of harmony, and the deep power of joy, we see into the life of things.” -William Wordsworth

You will never find harmony if the only way you can be happy is to have everyone else happy. First transform yourself. Your life in harmony, joy and health can then be a great source of nourishment for others starving for spiritual food. Find your true nature, your divine essence. Flow with your inner knowing in this exceptional moment sowing positive seeds of empowerment and awakening. Change in yourself is changing the world, for you are the most beautiful being living a purpose filled life. Keep moving forward without fear, and then the outcomes are brimming with courage.

When we allow our heart to connect to our higher consciousness it breaths a sense of harmony and peace into the world and us. We have an awareness of the calming nature that heart rhythm brings. Creating meaningful currents pulsing to the depths and ripples on the surface of any situation. Enthusiastically share the harmony. Experiencing the harmony within allows us to experience the harmony of the world around us. We are on the threshold of a momentous time when more and more people are embracing the path to awakening and living with purpose. This has the potential to help many relieve suffering and have more fulfilling lives.

harmony3Let us unroll our beliefs down to our core being, and examine them; there we find the root of our being is Love. Harmonize with the love at our core allowing it to cultivate our thoughts and actions in loving focus, so we may once again become our wholeness. Speak positively, hopefully, thankfully, and above all with that core of love. Allow your words of love to heal and create seeds of positive action. We release any disorders by refusing to give them any thought or energy, in that way we speak in harmony. We also recognize that our speech resonates in every word with our Being, leaving a lasting impression.

Happiness is simple after all; we need only keep harmony within our being. Within our divine nature there is a purity of spirit that is part of the greater oneness. Instead of looking outward for happiness look within to know your divine nature, there harmony and happiness resides.

Inspiration is the Doorway to Spirit Communication. Inspiration is the Doorway to Spirit Communication.

We all have something in life that draws from that creative state within our being, and leads us to our inspiration. This process is very similar to meditation, in that, insights come to us from somewhere beyond ourselves. Each and every one of us holds the same power to create from our inspiration. The time has come for us to develop our creativity and recognize we are tapping into the intuitive process.

When we work with whatever creative endeavor we enjoy, we naturally begin to relax. This is totally normal, and in this relaxed state of being we may focus our awareness on more than just what we are creating. We can use this time to look at what’s going on in our life to make decisions, to look at issues, and possibly find solutions to our concerns.

The creative process can take us even further...The creative process can take us even further, if we allow ourselves to be aware, open, and receptive to all forms of experience. Creativity can access our own Divine love that exists within our higher consciousness. We can move beyond the mental musings of our mind, and connect to the collective psyche of the universe. Once we open these doorways we can bring them into our daily lives, enriching ourselves and those around us.

Once exposed to Divine Love, we break through our physical and mental barriers and are forever aware of our greater state of Being and interconnection to all life. With this spiritual connection we fill our actions with loving attention, thus, walk down the path of spiritual maturity. This is true Spirit communication from our source to our intellect and our ability to act.

If Not Now... Then WhenCreative spiritual maturity is needed today in our local communities, nations, and the world. More and more we need to push open that door in our heart and mind to let the light stream out were it is visible for all to see. Share our valuable new found ideas, expand them with other creative men and women working for a promising radiant future, filled with equitable solidarity and peace.

Becoming "Authentic Beings"As we traveled across the country these past two months on our book tour,

I gave many talks. One message that Spirit kept giving over and over was, that to flow through the increasing shifts that are coming quicker and quicker, spiritual people will benefit by developing into Authentic Beings.

This leads people to ask “What does Spirit mean by Authentic Beings?” This came up so many times that Cindy and I felt it would make a wonderful topic to reinvigorate our newsletters and blogs that had fallen silent during our journey.

To become Authentic we have to develop a new way of Being.

If we focus on the prime element of Love and being heart centered then we begin to think and act with loving intention. Love is the key to being “Authentic,” yet many people across the country have reminded me, “It is hard to stay focused on loving intentions in todays world.”

I agree. Yet we must develop the discipline despite the challenge and it all starts simply with a deeply sincere and solemn intention to work toward living with loving intentions. Let’s start developing our own personal practices, as opposed to just reading the theories. Just like recommended in the noble eightfold path, it’s time we start taking steps and developing right action now. Our Being instinctually knows what is loving; we only need to instill it into our way of living one step and one day at a time. That is a marvelous way to begin and once we step down that path we are making a difference.

We are all a part of this universe, so we are all a part of the shifts we see today. It is a serious responsibility we all share to make our future and the future of our children a more verdant and peaceful place. As we become more heart centered in our daily tasks we contribute to those goals. Along with a heart centered lifestyle runs parallel the necessity of mindfulness or living with a focus on this moment. The more we focus on this moment, trying to do our absolute best, we are continuously working for a better tomorrow.

This is an ancient way of living that is being brought forward and melded into todays lifestyles to create a togetherness and coherence of old and new. Living in connection to our heart is living a spiritual life. Our true being resonates to this new way of being, supporting us with guidance, enhancing our light connection and inspiration. Gratitude and giving back to our circles and communities is an important part of this lifestyle. It allows us to share our inspiration, our spark of light with those around us, igniting their light and love. In this way we build stronger communities based on mutual respect and cooperation.

Always know we are human and sometimes we fall down, but we can use our failures to strengthen our spiritual transformation. If we learn from our missteps, we add considerably more knowing to our consciousness and to the greater all. We pick ourselves up and continue on our paths toward developing into Authentic Beings.

Remember~ Authentic means “of undisputed origin,” let us live true to our hearts in all ways, lifting our loving intentions for the greater good for all, that way we are being true to ourselves and authentic.

Authentic means "of undisputed origin,"

Once upon a time. I want to start by saying that because when this happened it was before my near death experience. Now that I look at it with the help of Spirit, I see it much differently. Now I understand this story as a much more rewarding experience.

Once upon time, when I was the chief engineer of a research vessel, we were working with a small tethered submarine off the New England Coast. As we arrived at the work site we noticed that the Humpback Whales were migrating along the coast. One whale in particular became well known to us, we nicknamed her Scar. She had come to close to too many sightseeing boats, so close that the boats had run her over and her body was covered with scars. We figured that Scar was either very friendly or stupid, and she was a nuisance to shipping.

We were working on the ocean floor with our remote operated submarine (ROV). Part of the job required us to launch the submarine everyday so we could survey the ocean floor. To launch the ROV we lowered the submarine and its cage into the water. After the cage was submerged the small submarine would undock from the cage. Then remote operators would fly/swim the submarine to the sea floor. My job as chief engineer was to insure the submarine was in proper working order. After the submarine was in the water I would normally attend to other ships duties. But Scar made this job different.

When the submarine would start to work its way down, Scar would swim under the submarine and began bringing the ROV back to the surface. This of course drove the operators crazy. There was no way they could keep Scar from doing this, wasting valuable time and money. Scar thought the small sub was a baby and she was trying to bring it to the surface so that the baby could breathe. She didn’t want the ROV to swim so deep, so she was trying to help it. The scientists and the operators couldn’t think of any way to stop Scar. Then someone thought maybe a diver could distract Scar long enough to get the sub on the bottom. Once the sub was on the bottom Scar would leave it alone.

I was the lucky one chosen to go out and distract Scar. Before we would launch the submarine each day, I would get into our zodiac (a small rubber boat) and play around to attract Scar. When Scar would come, she would roll on her side so she could look at me with her huge eye. When scar looked at me that way, I felt as if she were looking into my soul. It was a strange yet wonderful feeling. Then I would get out of the boat and swim with scar until the ROV was on the bottom and the ship would signal me. We all thought, there must be something wrong with Scar. But no one wished her any harm. After a few days she no longer came by to visit. The call of migration and her natural rhythms probably pulled her away. But we all remembered and joked about her.

Many years later, after my near death experience, I was hiking one day when Spirit reminded me of Scar. Spirit helped me see how this experience in my life was meant to demonstrate unconditional love and the beauty of nature. Scar was not crazy and there was nothing wrong with her. I remember her eye looking at me. As I recall this now, I can feel her unconditional love. The strength of love overcame her fear of us. One of Scar’s roles in life was to show everyone how beautiful a Humpback Whale is. She would roll on her side and take a look at us. She was willing to undergo the pain of being run over just so she could look at us and communicate love to us. She would show us what beauty and love is. I wish now that I understood this when it was happening so I could have helped my shipmates understand that scar wasn’t crazy.

Unconditional love is larger than we are. We have trouble understanding it. When we love someone we expect him or her to respond in a certain way. (That’s putting a condition on love) Unconditional love is endless and unifies everyone and everything in this universe. (Kind of large isn’t it) It’s hard for us to constantly think this way as humans, so for us to conditionally use love is easier. To keep it simple would be to love unconditionally. We keep adding a step to our love and making it complicated. Maybe that is why so many think of love as troublesome. If we expected nothing in return for our love, that would be a truer love.

Everything we do in life is to either give love or receive love. Whether it is in our work or play we are always trying to give love or receive love. Every action that every human has is trying to do one or the other, because we all want to be loved. The societies that mankind has built were built on human emotions. As messed up as they might seem, they give us all the ability to live the life we chose to live. Every act we perform is a call for love or to give love. Even the emotions that we think are negative are ends to a means for love. Greed, hatred and hostility are acts with emotion. We do this to make ourselves into what we think will make us be loved or give love. Your gardening or the intense effort you put into work are all making you be the person that will receive love or be able to give love. Because love is everything and everything is love. So when we can love unconditionally we will be a different person and will have made a giant step for humanity.
